As an 11-year stationery veteran, I love coming alongside other stationery designers to work through their business and address specific topics that they may be struggling with or want to grow in.
I truly believe that it helps to have a mentor or coach that has been in your shoes and knows the ins and outs of your industry. This is especially true of the stationery industry because it is so niche.
So whether you are struggling to grow your business and leave your full time job; always second guessing your pricing; looking to expand into a new area of your stationery business; I would love to work with you to make that happen!
One-on-One Sessions are scheduled based on calendar availability, and times will vary from month to month. After purchasing a one-on-one session with Heather, you’ll receive an additional email with scheduling choices and more details.
One-on-One coaching with Heather O’Brien
In this one-time coaching call, we will spend 60 minutes diving into 1 main topic. We will address your questions and concerns and, together will put together a game plan.
You will receive a questionnaire prior to our call for you to fill out and send back so that we can utilize all 60 minutes of the call to strategize and game plan.
We will go through the pain point you’ve outlined and set up attainable goals. A customized plan will be emailed to you within 1 week of our call.

60 minute coaching call
this is a great option for someone who needs a sounding board for 1 specific topic in their stationery biz!
In our 3-month coaching session package, we will have a total of five 90-minute calls to dive deep into 1 topic you've selected each month.
You will receive a questionnaire prior to our first call to give me a better idea of your business and what you would like to discuss each month.
We will go through your pain points on those topics and what your end goals are for each point. Within 1 week of each scheduled call, you will receive a customized action plan and homework to help you attain those goals.
Throughout the process you will also receive accountability emails to keep you on track with your action items and unlimited email support in-between our sessions and 3 weeks after our final session.

this is a great option for someone who needs help coming up with a strategic plan for 3 topics.

In our 6-month coaching session package, we will have a total of nine 90-minute calls to dive deep into 1 topic you want to work through each month.
You will receive a questionnaire prior to our first call to fill out so I can get an idea of your business and what you would like to discuss each month.
We will cover 4-5 topics and spend 2 of our coaching sessions actually working through the action steps and implementing the changes to your business so you can start seeing results right away!
You will also receive accountability emails to make sure you stay on track with your action items and unlimited e-mail support during our sessions and for 6 weeks after our last session.

Post-Call Homework
After our calls, I will put together a follow up email recapping our call as well as action items and homework for you to work through on the topics we discussed. If you are on a 3- or 6-month plan, you will receive accountability emails and support in-between calls.
Our Coaching Sessions
During our calls, we will go through the questionnaire you filled out and discuss the topic for that month and really dive into it to see what exactly you're struggling with, what your end goal is with that topic and tactical items to help you get through that topic.
Pre-Call Homework
To make sure I can best serve you and your business, you will be sent an in-depth questionnaire to fill out for us to prep before our first meeting. This will let me know where you are in your business, what you're struggling with, what you excel at and what you would like to achieve with our sessions.

how this works
I know the struggle when it comes to juggling a life, little ones and running a business. Over the last 10 years, I have grown and streamlined my stationery business into something I am so proud of. And most importantly, something that works for me and my family and allows me to spend the time I need on what is most important.
Over the years, as our industry grew, I realized the lack of formal education we have available as stationers. I saw post after post of wonderful women struggling with various issues in their business. That is when I knew that I had the ability to change that. I truly believe that my God-given talent is helping others (and hosting, I can throw a killer party!). So, I want to use those talents and knowledge to elevate those around me.
The Cultivated Creative was created as a home for stationery designers to gather and grow with one another. I am truly so glad you're here.
