Well, first, let's cover what it IS NOT
- it is not a pre-recorded course or training
- it is not a conference where you take notes and then go home
- it is not entry level stationery basics

So, what is a stationery intensive exactly? 

however, it is:

- an in-person, workshop style business retreat for stationers
- where you'll learn other stationers aren't your competition, they become your cohort, promise
- all inclusive (education, food and accommodations!) 

This stationery intensive will be 3 full days of specific education AND implementation for your stationery business. You're not just here to take tons of notes and go home and attempt it on your own. This intensive, is just that -- an intense working retreat. Plus a little fun sprinkled in!

And it doesn't hurt to make some new friends along the way and get pampered, does it!? I didn't think so!

I remember the very first time I sat in a room with other stationery designers. It was February of 2014, and I was in awe. There was this whole new world of stationery designers that I was introduced to. There were people who truly understood what I was going through. It was no longer just me behind my computer screen. While that was many years ago, I have made lasting friendships in this community that mean the world to me and ever since, in-person events have held a special place in my heart. 

I knew that when I started The Cultivated Creative in 2019 to share my love for education + stationery, that without a doubt, an in-person event would be in the cards. The last few years have been a challenge on that front with the world turned upside down, but I am so, so excited to welcome you with open arms to a new, in-person event, exclusively made for stationery designers. 

As a stationery designer myself for the last 14 years and an educator for 5 of those, I can not wait to meet each and every one of you and help take your stationery business to the next level through heartfelt education + implementation.

Our location will be approximately a one hour ride from JAX and 2 hours from MCO (Orlando usually has more flight choices/better prices). I suggest connecting with other attendees in our private Facebook group to carpool! 

We will be staying together in a beautiful large AirBnB steps away from the ocean! Lodging is included in your ticket price.

With the nature of an intimate setting like an AirBnB, you may be in a shared room with other attendees. We're gonna get cozy and close!

Meet and greet Sunday night! A fun welcome party to get to know one another and kick off an amazing intensive!

I've got you! All meals (and snacks!) are included in the price of your ticket. Closer to the intensive, a form will be sent out for selections and any dietary restrictions.

MEALS

Your lodging for 4 nights is included in the price of your ticket, no need to book a hotel! While this is an intensive, I want it to be as stress free and enjoyable as possible!

Connect with other attendees before and after the intensive. I truly believe in fostering friendships in this industry. By the end of the intensive, you'll have made some new best friends!

CONNECTIONS

During our time together each attendee gets scheduled a private one-on-one session with Heather to talk or brainstorm on any topic of your choice to get help, feedback, or guidance.

The stationery retreats are focused around 5 major education sessions during our time together. You will also have time to implement what you are learning so you don't leave with overwhelm. Scroll down to see all of our education topics!

01. CAN YOU ELABORATE ON THE SHARED ROOM VERSUS THE PRIVATE ROOM?
answer:

If you choose to purchase a private room spot, you will have a room completely to yourself for privacy and a semi-private bathroom (only 4 of these spots available). If you choose to purchase a shared room, you will be sharing a full-size, double-bunk room and bathroom with 3 other attendees (only 8 of these spots available).

02. What if I’ve been in business less than a year (or it’s not even a business yet?)?
answer:

I am SO excited for you as you’re building your business! As much as I’d love to welcome you with open arms at the intensive, my goal is to ensure this really is the perfect fit for every person attending. This intensive would be best suited for stationers who have a good foundation with their business and are ready to streamline it and take it to the next level. 

03. What if I’ve been in business 5+ years? Is the content challenging enough for me?
answer:

Yes! The amazing thing about this intensive is that it is small enough that we will focus on YOU and your goals! At this point in your business you are probably ready to expand and grow or have some amazing new revenue streams you’re ready to launch; let’s get those going! 

04. How long will registration be open?
answer:

Registration will be open until July 1, 2024 or until all 12 spots are filled. 

05. What is not included in registration?
answer:

If you haven’t deduced it yet, I love to spoil y’all! The only thing not included in your ticket price is your airfare and/or transportation. My goal is for this to be an all-inclusive experience so you don’t have to worry about lodging or any meals!

06. What do I need to bring? 
answer:

I recommend that you bring your laptop and charger, this is a working retreat after all! We will also have a stationery styling session, so you will need to bring one of your favorite suites and any pieces you want styled with it! During the day, we’ll be comfy while working, but will also have some fun dinners planned, think beach casual. 

07. What if I sign up & then I have to cancel?
