I’ve been a stationer for over 15 years through Heather O’Brien Design, where we create timeless, heirloom-inspired wedding stationery. Over the years, we grew our in-house production with a laser cutter and UV printer to meet our own needs—and quickly realized how impactful these tools could be for other designers, too.
Through The Cultivated Creative, I’ve also spent the last 7 years teaching and mentoring fellow stationers. Helping you elevate your client experience (without the overwhelm of production) is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

Working with Heather is always such a smooth experience. I've done several acrylic projects with Heather now and they are usually last minute on my part (wedding day stationery iykyk) but Heather is always so accommodating. We even had a shipment snafu and she rushed to reprint everything so quickly to make sure I got everything to my client on time before the wedding. Minimums vary by product. Most acrylic products do not have minimums. Items like stir sticks and place cards have a minimum of 50 pieces. There is not a price spend minimum you have to meet.
Yes! If you're still designing or simply need pricing, complete a Project Form without uploading your files. We'll review your project details and provide a custom quote. Project Forms can be found in your wholesale portal after creating a free wholesale account.
Our wholesale services are available exclusively to registered businesses within the wedding and creative industries. To apply, you'll need a registered business and, if applicable in your state, a valid Sales Tax Exemption or Resale Certificate. Once your account is approved, you'll have access to your wholesale client portal for submitting projects, requesting quotes, uploading files, and managing your orders.
We currently stock in-house acrylic colors of black, white, frosted, clear, gold mirror, and silver mirror. Our sheets are 18x24 and 1/8" thickness.
We also have sheets of 18x24 birch in 1/4" thickness.
Yes! We stock our most popular ¼" acrylic colors—clear, frosted, white, black, gold mirror, and silver mirror—and they're included in our standard wholesale pricing. For specialty colors, simply order your acrylic from our preferred supplier, Houston Acrylic, and have it shipped directly to our studio. We'll take care of the production and charge our standard production fee based on the number and size of acrylic sheets used.
Yes! While acrylic is our primary offering, our equipment also allows us to produce select products on wood and other compatible materials. If you have something unique in mind, we'd love to discuss your project.
Yes! We have templates and file setup guides available for many of our most popular products. You'll also find artwork specifications inside your Project Form.
Our wholesale pricing is based on receiving production-ready files prepared according to our templates and file setup guidelines. If you have questions while setting up your artwork, we're always happy to help. If you'd prefer for us to prepare your files for production, we're happy to provide that service for an additional file setup fee.
We prefer press-ready PDF files submitted at full size (100% scale). All fonts should be outlined, artwork should remain vector whenever possible, and no bleeds or crop marks are necessary unless otherwise requested. Adobe Illustrator (.AI) files are also accepted when applicable.
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days after payment and production-ready files are received. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time.
Yes! Rush production is available based on our current schedule. We also offer rush shipping upgrades. Contact us before submitting your project to confirm availability.
No. Since we're producing directly from your print-ready files, proofs are not provided. If we have any questions or notice anything that requires clarification before production, we'll reach out to you directly before moving forward.
